Step 1: Go to Game Files

Go to your game files and search for “playerprefs.ini” and then open the file in notepad.

Step 2: Find the value of the unlocked character and change it to 1

Inside the playerprefs.ini file, the unlocks are a value that is labeled “data-stat” along with the name of the request. Change these values from 0 to 1 in playerprefs.ini.
