So I made this guide because I see that people are missing one or two things to make Curious Bunny Achievement.
Also, the maze can be a pain. The quick guide below will provide all the achievements along the way.

Talk to each family member twice, then interact with the van and the fence.
Enter the house and talk to the tenant.
Take the key, stool and necklace.
Now interact with each ‘?‘ you see on the map. Some are items needed to progress.
Once you have everything, enter the door at the end of the corridor.
Grab the last 3 items in the labyrinth and perform the ritual through the last door.
Play the game again for a different ending. (Try to beat 10 minutes for achievement).
