Contraband Police Anniversary Update Achievements – Being a big user of the Steam Forum, I found out most Contraband Police wants a guide for the new anniversary update.

This is my first ever guide on SteamFAQ and it might not be professional enough but I knew I put my all to do this.
Sniper I, II, III
The original sniper won’t work for these achievements, but these 3 are still the easiest.
Go to Vlad’s shop
Buy a new sniper with scope + ammo
Wait for border raid to earn all 3 in a row
Hold your breath a little with shift key and target for headshots
All 3 achievements should appear before the raid ends
I’m not entirely sure if holding your breath and shooting to the head encourages the bullet more, but this was the technique I used because it felt natural. This technique is used in other bullet cam games such as Sniper Ghost Warrior and Sniper Elite.
Fantasy Five
DRIVE 5 PEOPLE IN HANDCUFFS AT THE SAME TIME
From the description I thought it was enough to have 5 arrested smugglers in the same car and drive around. But that ain’t the case.
Instead, you have to handcuff 5 NPCs and tell them to follow you. Just start the sawmill and put 2 NPC handcuffs in there. They are mostly in front of the saw.
Then walk with them to Vlad’s Shop where you’ll find another one, which is a guy sitting on a bench. Continue to the Drunken Bear Inn to find the rest. Once you handcuff the 5th NPC, the achievement should pop up.
Caution: Sometimes NPCs can run away. Just stop them and tell them to keep following you. In the event that you can’t stop them or they die in a traffic or gun accident (Hey! Accidents happen), keep walking between these destinations until you get 5 in handcuffs.
Sprinter
CATCH A FLEEING CRIMINAL ON FOOT
Random event. Sometimes when they stop a driver trying to escape, they just bump out of the car and run after him. Simply stop them in any way you can and success is yours.
I got this achievement by arresting a driver I stopped but didn’t run away. Maybe it’s a bug or I got to him too fast.
Blood Bumper
RUN OVER A CRIMINAL FLEEING ON FOOT
Random event. Sometimes when you stop a driver trying to escape, they just bump out of the car and run. Simply jump into the car and drive it.

Hear all parts of Novik’s story
Okay you will see 3 NPCs that you can chat about with. If you look around, you will see 3 employees you can employ in Inspector Mode.
You will need to talk to Novik four times to unlock his achievement. What exactly the next dialog unlocks isn’t entirely clear, but having them fully upgraded and taking them with you on daily missions seems to do the trick.
Most of my dialogs were unlocked after completing a daily mission with them. Of course they had to survive the mission.
Attention: If they die or malfunction during the mission, the completion of the daily mission does not count. I’m not sure if upgrades or missions actually advance their dialogue, but that was the common denominator for me.

HEAR ALL PARTS OF MOSCOVITCH’S STORY
Okay you will see 3 NPCs that you can chat about with. If you look around, you will see 3 employees you can employ in Inspector Mode.
You will need to talk to Moscovitch 4 times to unlock his achievement.
What exactly the next dialog unlocks isn’t entirely clear, but having them fully upgraded and taking them with you on daily missions seems to do the trick.
Most of my dialogs were unlocked after completing a daily mission with them. Of course they had to survive the mission.
ATTENTION: If they die or malfunction during the mission, the completion of the daily mission does not count. I’m not sure if upgrades or missions actually advance their dialogue, but that was the common denominator for me.

Okay you will see 3 NPCs that you can chat about with. If you look around, you will see 3 employees you can employ in Inspector Mode.
You will need to talk to Kovalsky four times to unlock his achievement.
What exactly the next dialog unlocks isn’t entirely clear, but having them fully upgraded and taking them with you on daily missions seems to do the trick.
