I maxed them out to 10, they don’t seem to crash. The save is at the very BEGINNING of the game, you can choose to cheat or not.
Note: Make sure you have backed up your own save before placing your downloaded save files.

when i download the link for the google drive, the file is rar type, when trying to extract it say the archive is either in unknown format or damage. cannot extract the files very sad
