I’ll show you how to find it and unlock it.

Spectacle Island is located to the east between the Minutemen Castle and the Atom-Cats Garage.

Since there are no bridges, you can only get to it by swimming.

Note: The island is littered with nasty Mirelurks – so be prepared and bring good weapons and plenty of ammo

First Step

Watch out for the rounded hut.

It’s next to the radio tower on a small hill.

Inside you will find a desk and a desk with a note.

It tells you how you need to activate the radio tower.

First you need to find a generator. It’s not that difficult – just follow the cable.

Next Step

Follow the cable to reach the green tugboat.

Go towards the generator inside the boat and activate the circuit breaker.

On the second floor, you’ll also find a Luck Bobblehead in a locker next to the steamer’s trunk.

Note: Once you activate the circuit breaker, several Mirelurks and a Mirelurk-Queen will appear and attack you. So be prepared

The Final Step

After the Mirelurks escape, return to the shack with the workbench and activate the circuit breaker on the left side of the green console. And it is done.

Congratulations, you are now the owner of the largest settlement in the community.

Note: Activating the radio tower will also attract some Mirelurks.

What else?

While exploring the island you will find a float with lots of containers.

Get on board and find your way through them.

At the end you’ll find a room with lots of safes, full of loot.
