At the time of this writing there is a bug that causes you to lose all your inventory, which I have no idea how to fix, but don’t worry you’ll find all the girls you don’t need to fight.
For the nun and Calista, you can find them marked as love on Stage 3, with Calista in the upper right and the nun in the lower right.
You don’t have to do anything for calista and just interact with her cage.
While for the nun you will have to get her bible/scripture behind the room that marked the path with blue lines.
For the ninja girl on Stage 2, right inside the portal is a little to the left of the center of the map that you can get to from the bottom merchant, just interact with her and you will get her.
