Installation for Next Gen downgrader:
1. Turn off Steam Cloud from Steam > Settings > Cloud.
2. Download Fallout London Downgrader from here.[www.nexusmods.com]
3. Run Fallout London Downgrader and then enter the path to the F4 installation folder.
4. You have to wait 30-60 minutes – The previous update downloads and is more robust than your elongated C***. There’s no joke here. I recommend exercising during this period.
Note: Some people have had cases with a persistent “Downloading Depot [1/7]” error when installing the Fallout London Downgrader.
We were told on the Fallout London Discord that it was a Steam Authentication error related to the update rollback.
People who have encountered this error have reported that temporarily disabling Steam Guard authentication before downgrading helps to overcome this situation.
Turn authentication back on after installation is complete!
You’ll know the downgrade is working when CMD shows the downloads.

5. Now Download Mod! Prepare your faces for another load of fresh 30GB.
Click here [www.gog.com] to help you include Fallout London in your GOG library.

Add Fallout London to your GOG library and install the mod via the GOG launcher. It will ask for your location F4. Simply enter the folder path of your Steam version of Fallout 4 and let it install.
6. One last step: Download the F4 script extender from Nexus.[www.nexusmods.com]
Script Extender link above. This step is important for the mod to function properly.
Extract all files from F4Se_0_06_23 in your Fallout 4 Steam folder.
Run the game only through Fallout 4 Script Extender!
I had issues with not being able to level up because I wasn’t using the Script Extender. They did not occur during use.
Fallout London developers recommend using Script Extender, otherwise, more errors may appear.
User Genu made an important point in the comments:
“If your Fallout 4 Steam version is installed with a language pack other than English – the mod will not work. Please install the original F4 in English without additional locales.
If you have installed a language other than English after installing Fallout London and are trying to switch to localized Fallout 4 standard files on game version 1.10.163, this will have NO EFFECT on your Fallout London language game. Instead, errors may appear when using non-English files.”
