The Prologue is extremely short and only has 6 achievements, so it will be an easy 100% for anyone.
The Achievements are in order so you shouldn’t miss anything.I will extend the guide when more chapters (or the complete game) are released.
Mild Spoilers Ahead
Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Bullets
Don’t Need No Stinkin’ BulletsUse only the Crowbar and Gravity Gun.

Self-explanatory and a pretty easy achievement, since the prologue is rather short.
Five Times the Fun
Five Times the FunKill 5 zombies at the same time.

– Easy to achieve at the start of the game. Allow all the zombies to come out of the house to the courtyard and use the explosive barrel on them.
Make sure to save before doing so in case some of them survive.
Hitching Another Ride
Hitching Another RideHidden achievement: Place the garden gnome in the ship.

– You can find the gnome at the start of the game in the attic(?) of the first house. Bring the gnome to the town center, and walk into the ship at the end while holding him.
(Unfortunately for some players the achievement won’t unlock the first time. In that case, you will have to restart the game from scratch. Luckily it’s rather short.)

– The letter is a page in the corner of the room with a metal lathe, just beneath the lamp. Look at it for a few seconds and the achievement should unlock.

– Just shoot a bullet into the Aperture Science logo on the container that is above you at the town center.
