These are the Survival Monument, the Onbu Monument, and the Village Monument.

Once you get one, simply build it and you’ll get the associated hidden achievement:

Build the Onbu monument
Build a village monument
Exact Criteria
These are the exact requirements for each of the monuments. Requirements are checked when you pass a dead Onbu after reaching 100 days.
As long as these criteria are met, nothing else that happens during gameplay is taken into account.
Village monument
- Onbu Trust: 50% or less
- Building Damage: Two or more
- Villagers’ Happiness: Ages 18+
Onbu Memorial
- Onbu Trust: 95% or more
- Damage to buildings: zero
Survivors Monument
Any stats outside of the above requirements will result in a survivor monument. There’s a good chance you’ll get it without trying it the first time you play.
What to do
Hopefully, the above criteria are enough to help you on your way, and knowing the exact breakpoints can help know what to focus on.
I was planning on adding some more information to this guide on how to raise and lower the relevant stats, but there are plenty of guides out there to help with that aspect.
In general, the endings are supposed to represent Villagers favoring, Onbu favoring, and finding a middle ground for Village, Onbu, and Survival monuments.
